1) Activation

• This data plan will start automatically when you connect your device at your destination.
• Please activate within 30 days of purchase.
• If not activated within 30 days, the plan will be void and non‑refundable.

2) Validity and Usage

• Validity: valid until 23:59 local time
• Service will be suspended when:
  • You have used all your data allowance, or
  • Your Day Pass has expired.

3) Cancellation and Refunds

• A full refund to your account balance is available if both conditions are met:
  • The plan is canceled within 30 days of purchase, and
  • No data has been used.
• Non‑refundable: vouchers and promotional coupons.

Other Notes

• Each plan activates automatically when your device connects in a supported destination.
• US Day Passes follow New York time. All Day Passes are valid until 23:59 on the day of destination activation.
